Browse through the screenshots to see how the Cash
Register Express Host Module will work for your chain of stores.
Communication
Screen - This is where you can set up different store id's and
choose which e-mail address is assigned to each. Also, this is
where you can send your host data to one or all stores.
Corporate Setup
- Within the communication section, you can set up multiple stores,
set their e-mail address, duplicate inventory from one store to
another, and change the host module's corporate password.
Monitoring -
The monitoring section of the Host Module brings you to a familiar
reporting screen. When using the host module, you can choose
which store id you would like to see the information for.
Control - The
Control section allows you to edit or add vendors, departments,
inventory, groups and purchase orders. This can be done for
individual stores or all stores. Each screen uses the same
interface as the regular Cash Register Express program, so there is
no learning curve.
Cooperation -
In a multi-store chain, it is important to keep track of your
customers. All stores report their list of customers to a
master list at the host. From the host, you can do customer
maintenance (using the same familiar Customer Maintenance interface
as Cash Register Express) and manage each customer. You can
print customer accounts receivable statements and post payments at
the host. All stores will be updated with the payments made at
the host.
