*** The Budget POS mail server was down from Wednesday at approximately 11:00 PM until Thursday at 6:00 PM.
We normally reply to all emails within 24 hours. If you sent us an email and did not receive a reply, please resend your email.
Some of the emails that were sent to us were rejected as undeliverable. Some were delivered and lost.
For those of you who want the details...this is the first time that our email server has failed. We do have good security and full antivirus protection on all of our computers. We believe, but can't confirm, that the failure had something to do with the tremendous amount of virus emails that have come to our email server caused by the MyDoom Virus. We use Microsoft Windows NT along with Microsoft Small Business Server 4.5. It is probably time for us to update our software.
