Doing a Return, Refund or Exchange

1) To do a return or refund or exchange of an item, first change the quantity field to –1 then press Enter.

2) Then either scan or hand enter the item that is being returned to inventory. The item will appear on the grid with a negative quantity and price. You can now select the payment method that you will be refunding the customer with, and click End Transaction. Alternatively, you can change the quantity by pressing the Quan Change button.
