1) Click on Start then Settings then Control Panel

2) Double Click on System.

3) Click on the Device Manager tab

4) Choose the appropriate COM port and click Properties

5) Make sure the settings are set to:

Bits per second: 9600
Data bits: 8
Parity: None
Stop bits: 1
Flow Control: Xon/Xoff

Click Ok to continue

6) Go to the CRE  invoice screen.  Click on Options.

7) Make sure you are on the Hardware tab.  Then choose the correct com port for your Pole Display.  Click Update when you are finished.  Now your Pole Display should be set up correctly.
